Tombstone page

A tombstone page is the web-native version of a deal tombstone — a permanent page documenting a completed transaction and the firm's role in it.

Where the traditional tombstone was a boxed print notice, the tombstone page lives on the firm's site and does ongoing work: it anchors search traffic, feeds a filterable track record, and gives counterparties a concrete artifact to check. It usually follows the deal announcement once the ink is dry.
