A CIM microsite is a permissioned, trackable web environment that presents the contents of a Confidential Information Memorandum to vetted buyers instead of, or alongside, a static PDF.

The microsite reimagines the CIM as a controlled web experience rather than a document that gets emailed and forwarded. Each buyer receives scoped access after clearing the NDA workflow, and the advisor sees genuine engagement signals — which sections were read, how long, by whom. That is a live read on interest that a PDF can never provide.
