Hilton Routley is the co-founder of Vantage Digital and leads engineering across the practice — web platforms, custom applications, and the technical architecture behind every build.
Alongside Charles Dewitte, he keeps Vantage deliberately lean: a senior two-person core that ships brand, product, and digital infrastructure for clients on the deal side of finance.
A former founder of FestFeed, he brings a deep iOS background, a focus on web performance, and hands-on experience building payment-systems infrastructure and APIs. Originally from Kelowna, BC, he runs the Vancouver office and leads Vantage's US client work, splitting his time between CDMX, New York, and LA.
