We shaped the brand voice and the product around a single bet — that the most useful interface for emotional support is no interface at all. End-to-end across identity, marketing site, and a hand-tuned iOS application built around real-time speech.

Impact
Every point of friction between a hard moment and getting help is a lost user. The brand and product removed all of them but one — tap and talk — so the app converts intent into use in the moment it matters, not after a screen's worth of onboarding.
